Lesa Miller, JD, MBA — Broker | REALTOR® with Lesa Miller Real Estate at RE/MAX Acclaimed Properties — has served Bloomington, Bedford, and south-central Indiana since 2001, building a reputation as a well-respected, knowledgeable, and innovative agent with more than 600 closed transactions. Intentional communication, dedication, and transparency are the heart of her commitment to clients.

Lesa specializes in the sales that come at life's turning points: probate and estate sales, divorce real estate, senior downsizing as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), and relocation — including moves for Indiana University, IU Health, and NSWC Crane as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP). Attorneys, personal representatives, and heirs regularly turn to her for estate settlements involving real estate.

A consistent top producer, Lesa has achieved RE/MAX Platinum Level and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award, recognizing career sales and years of service. The Homesnap Excellence in Client Service award also stands among her achievements.

Lesa studied at Indiana University, earning a Bachelor of Arts with concentrations in Mathematics and German and graduating Phi Beta Kappa. She worked in telecommunications in the Chicago area, earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and practiced as an estate planning attorney before returning home to Indiana.

She moved back to care for her aging parents, and understands firsthand the challenges that come with end-of-life transitions. That experience — plus her legal and financial background — makes her uniquely qualified to guide clients through complex transactions to a smooth closing.

Lesa supports organizations such as St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Pets Alive. She and her husband served as foster parents and adopted through the foster system. She likes to learn, read, ride 2- and 3-wheelers, and travel.
